Guinness Top 30 Perfect Pint Bars

Guinness Malaysia has revealed the Guinness Top 30 Perfect Pint Bars 2026, recognising the outlets that consistently upheld the standards behind a well-served Guinness Draught.

The recognition forms part of the nationwide Rate Your Pint campaign, which invites consumers to step into the role of Chief Pint Officer by rating the Guinness Draught served to them and contributing their scores to the Perfect Pint Guide. Consumers can identify a well-served Guinness Draught based on three simple checks: Serve, from a clean glass to a Guinness coaster; Tilt, where the creamy head holds without spilling; and Taste, for a balanced and smooth Guinness Draught.

Over 7,000 ratings were submitted by 3,480 consumers across 677 participating outlets nationwide, with the Top 30 determined through a combined score of Guinness Perfect Pint quality assessments by the Star Academy team and Rate Your Pint consumer ratings. Malaysia’s Guinness Top 30 Perfect Pint Bars 2026 list spans Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang, Johor, Perak, Sabah and Sarawak, recognising participating outlets that have consistently upheld Guinness Draught Perfect Pour standards.

“When we launched Rate Your Pint, we wanted consumers to better understand what goes into a well-served Guinness Draught and give them a simple way to recognise quality for themselves. The response showed that people do notice the details, and the Top 30 recognises the outlets that have consistently put that care into every serve,” said Sean O’Donnell, Marketing Director of HEINEKEN Malaysia.

Star Academy Ambassadors were recognised at the Guinness Perfect Pint Bar Award Night for their efforts in working closely with bartenders and outlets across Malaysia to uphold the standards behind a quality Guinness Draught serve.
Keeping the Perfect Pint Standard Going
Behind these standards is Star Academy, HEINEKEN Malaysia’s training programme, where Guinness Trainers work closely with bartenders to uphold Perfect Pour standards. Through the programme, 12 Guinness Trainers have trained 1,696 bartenders across 406 outlets nationwide, while Chief Pint Officers continue to help recognise and champion a well-served Guinness Draught.
