From authentic Arabic mezze, Indian curries and Western classics to a rich selection of Malay specialties such as Beef Rendang, each nightly spread is a celebration of gastronomy around the globe.
Signature delights include Fried King Grouper with Assam Pedas and Torched Ginger Flower; Braised Lobster Fra Diavolo with Fusilli; and Javanese Fish/Beef Grilled in Banana Leaf with Kalamansi Lime and Sambal. These meticulously crafted dishes pay homage to heritage, combining local flavours with global accents.
Savour the ocean’s bounty with premium seafood on ice, an array of Asian street snacks and delights from the tandoor. The scrumptious dessert table features a wide range from Arabic sweets such as Turkish Delight and Baklava to local treats like Durian Ice Cream.
