Would have been a ménage à trois after sliced sausages joined the party, except that the dish lacked colour so threw in some frozen veggies too.
How else can I make this more interesting?
Rummaged through the shelves and found some last bits of Teriyaki sauce in the bottle and some leftover sweet chili sauce which was taking forever to finish.
Combined the lot together in one big stir-fry and what do you know? Turned out pretty tasty, even if I do say so myself, though the boys felt it was a little on the sweet side.
Overall, I’d say it was a win!
