Oversea Group sees the return of its signature mooncake with timeless classics such as Lotus and White Lotus, Golden Emerald, Shanghai, Assorted Fruits and Nuts, Red Bean, Golden Starlight, Royal Fairy, Noble Delight and the indulgent Musang King Durian.
Many of these are available with options of single or double egg yolks, or in less-sweet versions. Oversea is also one of the few to offer a rare 4-yolk mooncake. Using high-quality ingredients and meticulous attention to detail, every mooncake is a reflection of skill and tradition. The variants are:
• White Lotus with Single Yolk Mooncake – signature lotus paste made from 100% pure Hunan finest-quality lotus seeds.
• Golden Emerald with Single Yolk Mooncake – Pandan paste made from lotus seeds and pandan juice.
• Golden Starlight with Single Yolk Mooncake, Oversea’s signature, features pandan and mung bean paste.
• Noble Delight with Single Yolk Mooncake (lotus seeds, fresh dragon fruit and strawberry flavouring).
• Royal Fairy with Single Yolk Mooncake (rose lotus paste and mung bean paste.)
• Shanghai with Single Yolk Mooncake – rich, buttery shortcrust pastry filled with smooth lotus seed paste.
New flavours include Momoyama mooncakes, featuring textured crust made from white kidney beanpaste, inspired by Japanese confectionery techniques. Originally used in premium wagashi, Momoyama mooncakes can be enjoyed chilled or at room temperature.
