Spend your Little Days with Malaysian favs

I’ve come to really like this neighbourhood café called Little Days in Sea Park. On days when I’m late for lunch and the nearby coffeeshops are closed (around 2pm), I find myself here. Cozy air-cond café with timber benches and tables, menu offers simple Malaysian mainstays at reasonable prices.

The ayam berempah which comes with the mee Siam or nasi lemak, is one of the best I’ve had, even when compared to all the usual famous nasi lemak joints. Laksa is not bad though die-hard laksa fans might prefer a slightly thicker/richer broth.

I really enjoy the yam rice – comfort food cooked with bits of yam, dark sauce and dried shrimp, which you can pair with braised pork, chicken feet, tofu, pickled vegetables and peanuts. Best part is the price is on par if not cheaper than some braised pork/porridge stalls, and better quality.

The menu also offers lui cha and other fav Malaysian noodle dishes. The crowd puller is the Hamsap coffee which local kopi that comes with a guardian lion!

This cafe opens at night as well, until 8pm. It’s also got a variety of other Malaysian favs on its menu, and what’s attractive about this place is that it’s clean, bright and suitable for bringing guests.
